Sign up for just ONE slot per dancer and shoot in up to FIVE costumes.

You will be asked for credit card information to HOLD the time ($30 per slot.)  Your card will NOT be charged unless you fail to show for your appointment and forget to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.  

You will make actual payment at the time of the appointment: $30 for the first costume & $15 for each additional costume/Mood Lighting.  This payment is a DEPOSIT and will be used TOWARD your purchase of pretty photos!

We will take BOTH group shot AND individuals for these groups on the schedule so you DO NOT need to sign up for an individual in these costumes:  Pom Teams, Hip Hop Krews, Babies, Minis & PeeWees.

Any other Comp Groups and/or Small Groups (so non-Pom/Krews/Babies/Minis/PeeWees) should sign up for individuals!

General Rule:  If your group's time slot is 10 or 15 minutes, that is for the GROUP SHOT ONLY and you should sign up if you'd like an individual in that costume!  Always email if you want exact clarification.

1.  Why do I provide CC info twice?

The first, online $30 is just for the time slot hold and we do not charge your card unless you fail to show for your appointment.  We charge the actual deposit the day-of as everyone could have a different charge and we go over how to use the money toward your purchase!

2.  What do you mean 'have pose ideas ready'?

Since we don't know everyone's skill level or exact dances, we want dancers to have a few favorite parts of his/her dance or skill sets ready to showcase.  We can then tweak and go from there having a better idea of his/her talents.  It does NOT mean 'I want one standing and one sitting' it's more particular to his/her dance/dances.  This is not as important for our tiny dancers (under 6ish).  For some great ideas, check out our Pinterest page:

3.  How do I decide which costumes to shoot in?

First, ask your dancer what his/her favorite costume/dance is, then ask yourself that same question.  But if you're still having more we suggest taking a look at the pricelist and figuring out what you have purchased in the past and what that would bring your cart total to!  That will give you an idea of how much you may spend and then make sure you take in photos at least that many costumes so you have the most to choose from.  

Example A:  I plan on buying a package that is $55 equates to shooting in two costumes because your deposit will be $45, OR shooting in three and have so many more to choose from and your total deposit of $60 will likely be closer to your total with shipping (which you can use your deposit toward as well)!

Example B:  I plan on getting two statuettes ($58 each; $116 total), a company composite ($35) and a small package ($55) so spending around $186 ($206 plus 10% off code).  That equates to shooting in five plus costumes because your deposit will still be $90 and therefore less than your planned cart total!

4.  What if I want to shoot in more than five costumes?

That is no problem, we just ask that you email us ( to let us know!  You can either forward your appointment confirmation along with how many costumes you'd like to take in or email us your name, email address used to schedule your appointment, studio name, date and time of scheduled appointment and how many costumes you'd like to shoot in!  We will confirm the time you have scheduled will still work out or suggest another time as we don't want four back-to-back 5+ costume appointments!

5.  How long should I expect to be there?

In the interest of time, we rotate dancers as others change costumes so we ask you to plan on 15 minutes PER COSTUME you will shoot in.  This will most likely not happen, but we want to make sure you have dedicated enough time in your schedule to this appointment, especially if you are shooting in multiple costumes!

6.  What if I don't like any of my photos?

This hasn't happened but when making a deposit, we understand asking the question.  We offer a full refund if you do not find anything you like.  We will take down his or her photos and refund your dollars.  We do not offer PARTIAL refunds.

7.  What can we use our deposit money on?

The deposit works just like a gift certificate!  The money paid for the deposit can be used toward ANYTHING on the site, not just the particular individual photos one is paying toward.  You may use it to buy group shots and shots from any other gallery (including other dancers in the family).  They can be used toward ANYTHING on our site (prints, products, & digital files).

8.  How do I apply the money to my total?

You will receive an email with a 'gift certificate code' when you make your deposit.  Add anything and everything to your cart.  When checking out, choose 'Gift Certificate' under the Payment Method.  Enter your code in that box.  It will then ask you for another payment method to take care of the rest of your cart total. 

9.  Can I see a pricelist?

10.  What's the process on the day-of shooting?

Come just a few minutes before your scheduled appointment, primed and primped ready to shoot.  We will take your deposit (CREDIT CARD ONLY) and then we start shooting.  Parents are not allowed in the shoot room.  We will go over any pose ideas the dancer may have as well as the style of their dance and then get to shooting!  If you choose to add Mood Lighting, we will then switch up our lighting and shoot that portion.  

11.  What's the process after we shoot?

Each dancer will receive a handout with all the important details of finding and ordering photos.  It can be found here.  Photos will be online ONE WEEK after we shoot.  You can view and order photos from the comfort of your home.  Be sure to order by MON, June 18 before prices go up, packages/digital files are no longer offered, and coupon codes are null!
